I am looking for a spec regarding the input impedance/ DC resistance of the SN74LVC06A (data sheet attached). We have encountered some parts with a low DCR between some of the inputs and GND. Specifically between pins 1 and 5 of the SN74LVC06A and the ground pin 7.
Is there a minimum DCR that this part should have between the input of the op-amp and GND?
Hello Bob
Input impedance for Cmos parts is very high. Greater than 1Mohm. Measureing from an input pin to gnd you might be seeing the clamp diode. However if you reverse the leads you should not see this. You should not see anything between inputs.
