SN74AUP*240/241 output enable input current

Hi

The datasheets of devices like SN74AUP*125/126 state input currents for A as well as for OE inputs.

In the datashees of SN74AUP*240/241 no input current for OE inputs is specified.

Does anybody know how large these input currents are?

    I noticed that my question only makes sense for dual gate devices. The input currents of single gate devices are actually specified for A and OE inputs. Therefore I assume that A and OE input currents of dual gate devices are the same.

    If you compare the SN74AUP1G240 and SN74AUP2G240 datasheets you will notice that they are not very consistent

    SN74AUP1G240: provides specs for A and /OE inputs (electrical as well as switching characteristics).

    SN74AUP2G240: provides specs for A and B inputs (electrical as well as switching characteristics) but this dual gate device actually has no B input. There are no specs for the /OE input at all.


    This could be a typo and B input actually should read /OE input.


    I will submit a documentation feedback with reference to this thread.
