I'm looking for a SPICE model for the SN74HC14DR. Alternatively, an IBIS descriptor would work for this part as well. I spoke to a representative from TI on the phone and was referred here.

    Hi Ben,
    We do not currently have models for that device. However, we have IBIS models for the SN74AHC14. Will this part be OK? If you need models for the HC14, I can have a model created but it will take a few weeks and I will need business case information.

    Hi Ryan,
    Thanks for your response. We're working with an inverter chain so I'm looking for information about t_pd, v_T+, v_T-, V_OH, V_IL, Z_in, and Z_out. From the datasheet, the two parts looks to be slightly different, but the AHC models may be a place to start at least. Where can I find them?
    The application is educational with <5 parts used, but if this is sufficient reason for TI to build the model for the HC part, we would greatly appreciate it.
