Hi all,

My customer would like to know the leakage current (Ii)  characteristic data of Cext and Rext/Cet pins
about SN74LV123A and SN74AHC123A as bellow;.

1.  The data of leakage current (Ii)  vs temp (from 0 deg C to 85 deg C)
      It is proportional to the temperature or the sudden explosion at a high temperature?

2.  The leakage current distribution data at low temp, room temp and High temp

3.  The difference  of  Rext/Cext Input pin characteristic between LV-A and AHC

Could you please share the above data?

    I don't find the AHC123A or the LVC123A data . I could find the leakage of Rext for sn74LVC1G123 which should be similar for the sn74LVC123A too.

    There wouldn't be a sudden increase on the high temp but it does vary with temperature .
