The SN75451B for Target application is not related to Timing Issue but Operating temp Issue. 

This device is using for driving Optical Module Driver which manufactured by AVGO>

In terms of performance, This device is quite well for Application (High Current Driver) except operating Temp. Therefore, I am finding a new solution like a SN75451B.

We have 7 channel devices like ULQ2003, ULN2003V12, and TPL7404 that have wide temperature ranges and use less supply power.

Thank you for answer.

Unfortunately the recommended device ULN2003 has low posssibility for applying Optical driver.

This is becuase, Function and Specification of ULN2003 are far from SN75451B' them.

AND vs. NOT does need to invert input signal.

Both are open collector, but VOL on ULN2003 is higher. ULN2003V12 has low VOL (for it's current range)

How big is the opportunity?

If big enough, I will request a temperature extension.

The ULN2003 does not meet Swithcing charateristic of SN75451B described page on 3.
The supply Voltage of Target application is 5V so that designer dos does not consider to use higher volage over 12V.
In case of volume, this opportunity is related to industrial which means that low volume.
