SN74HC14-Q1 / internal diode path from input pin (anode) to VCC (cathode)

Hi Team,

Is there internal diode path from input pin to VCC?
I believe there is because of the following description but would like to confirm just in case.

Hi Yaita ,

Yes , your understanding is right. The abs max values gives a good indication of the presence of absence of esd diodes to Vcc.
All the HC devices have internal ESD diodes on the input pins.
