Hi, team,

For SN74LVCH162244A, what is the minimum input voltage in AC spec?

In datasheet, -0.5V is only DC spec I think. In customer test, the minimum input voltage is -2.46V/7ns as shown in below waveform.

My question is,

1. How is the risk for -2.46V/7ns minimum input?

2. What is the minimum input voltage in AC spec? Could you supply some test data?

    Exceeding the abs max voltage by any amount of time could affect the reliability of the part and its future performance.
    i would not recommend to do this. Preventing this over/under voltage from happening is the best way to protect the integrity of the device.
