SN74AHC14: tPHL not data (Vcc=5V)

Hi,

SN74AHC14 Data-Sheet(SCLS238L) page7 there is an empty space only in the tPHL portion of "6.7 Switching Characteristics-5V".
(tPHL: From A (input) to Y (output), CL=15pF: column of SN74AHC14)

For example, if it is not mentioned, can I refer to tPHL data of SN54AHC14

※tPHL at 3.3V is regulated by 1ns (MIN) and 19.6ns (MAX).

Hi cafain,

In this case, the tPLH is specified to be the same for both devices, so you are safe in assuming tPHL is the same for both (as these values are typically very close or the same in CMOS devices). In many logic devices we only rate a single value for both tPLH and tPHL -- tPD.
