CD40106B: data sheet typo errors

Just thought I would let TI know that there are a few typo errors in the CD40106B datasheet in the pin functions table on page 3. Not a big deal, but if I was TI I would want someone to let me know.

    Of all the parts of the datasheet to have an error, the pin configuration table is the most crucial. We will definitely be updating this soon.
