Hi Wayne,

Can you elaborate on what you are looking for? The SN74HC86 contains four 2-input XOR gates, each of which has 2 inputs and one output. I'm not sure how series resistance relates to this device.

You can compute it from the V_OL/H and I_OL/H values in the datasheet. For example, at V_CC = 2 V, the typical output impedance is about 100 Ω.
