We are using SN74HC273DW in our design. We are planning to perform SI analysis.

Can you please let me know if IBIS model is available for this device?

I could not find the same in TI website.

Unfortunately, we don't have an IBIS model available for this device.
The closest device that we have an IBIS model available for would be the SN74AHC74.

The signal integrity will be slightly better than the HC device, but generally should give a good idea of device operation.
