Is there any IBIS model for 74ABT162245DLRG4?

I could not find IBIS model in TI website.

We are using this component in our design and need to perform SI analysis.

Please help.

    Hi Archana,

    I'm afraid we do not currently have a model for this device. I was able to find a device in the same family that could let you simulate signal integrity:

    The SN74ABT125 tools folder (link here) has an ibis model.  These devices are built on the same technology and will have very similar performance.
