Logic for highly capacitive loads

I haven't had any luck finding an octal buffer that's capable of driving highly capacitive loads like the Nexperia HEF40244B. I was just wondering if TI offered anything similar.

The loads that I would be working with are 3000pF with rise / fall times of at or below 500ns at 5V, or possibly 8V.

Hi Thomas,

We don't have a device that directly competes with the HEF40244B, however we do have a variety of BICMOS devices that could fill the same purpose.

For example, we have the SN64BCT25244 which can certainly drive the currents of the HEF40244B, but is probably a bit of overkill. If you'd like to look through all of these devices, I filtered to only the BiCMOS families in these search results.

What kind of devices are these loads? This sounds as if gate drivers might work (but those are not available as octals).
