Dear,

We need to perform a low cycle fatigue analysis for each component on our control unit and for that we need the Tg, CTE1 & CTE2 of the mold compound.

Is it possible to receive it?

-Thermal expansion:

    I havent come across the request before. I have to discuss with the quality engineers within the team and let you know.

    Meanwhile, I hope this link helps in the finding the material used in the mold compound .

    Info via link is just thermoplastic epoxy.

    I really need the mold compound Tg, CTE1 & CTE2 of following TI components:

    SN74AHC125QPWRQ1
    TLC555-Q1
    74AHC1G08QD

    Could you confirm that those part numbers are the AEC qualified versions, if not could you update the part number?

    There is a requirement for an NDA (Non disclosure agreement ) between TI and customer before sharing sensitive information regarding internal build of the device and characteristics.
