SN74LVCC3245A: Looking for 125C drop-in replacement to the 74LVX3245MTR. Is there a TI solution?

Please let me know if a drop-in exists to the 74LVX3245MTR with at least 110C upper temp limit. If there is no drop-in, what is the closest option that has 110-125C temp limit? 85C is not sufficient unless you can describe what will happen to the 85C version when the temp is cycled for 2 hours at 110C on it daily.

Hey Tom,

Yes, unfortunately, we do not currently have an 8 bit transceiver that fits this exact pinout and is 125C capable.
Our best options are goning to be the SN74AVC8T245-Q1 and SN74LVC8T245-Q1

These devices could actually be drop in because the only differrence is that Pin 23 is an NC on the part you suggested, while the part I suggested has pins 23 and 24 as VCCB, so as long as pin 24 is connected to VCCB it should be drop in compatible.
