Automotive Quadruple 2-Input Positive-AND Gate with Input Tolerant
Hi,
My customer is looking for a quadruple 2-Input Positive-AND Gate with Input Tolerant for their automotive application.
* Supply Voltage Range: 2 to 5.5V
* with Input tolerant
* Automotive
As far as I check your products with conditions above, the SN74LV08A-Q1 and SN74AHC08Q-Q1 would be the candidates.
With consumer grade datasheet of these devices, the input voltage tolerant is mentioned as below.
On the other hand, no description on the datasheet of automotive devices.
Can I understand that the automotive devices also support input voltage tolerant as same as consumer devices?
Also it's appreciated if you can let me know how I can know whether device support input tolerant or not from DC specification...
