Kawai san,

Currently, there is no IBIS or SPICE model for the device, unfortunately.
I can request the modeling team if there is a plan to develop in the near future.

Hello Kawai-san,
I'm afraid that we don't have any models for the CD4K series of logic -- they are very old and were designed by a different company (Harris Semiconductor) and acquired by TI.
