CD74HC243: Ringing on the output

Hi all,

I have a question:

I have a CD74HC243M96 powered by P5V on a board. When I send a 1KHz 5V square wave into Ax with OEA and nOEB tied to ground, I am getting a 6MHz ringing on the output at Bx during logic high.

Can you provide a scope shot of the input, output, supply, and ground together?
