My customer is using SN74HCT244. Power supply is 5V. When the input voltage is voltage is 1.1V, the output is 2.6V. when the input is 1.4V, the output is 5V. But the VIH is 2V. So why the out have output when the input the meet the VIH? So could you help explain it? Thanks.
