Do we have p2p with the SN74LVC16245ADGGR but with higher output current >24mA @3.3V for each output?

Yes - there is a device that can source a bit more current, the 74AC16245. It's maximum output current is 400mA total.

Can you tell me about the application? It's pretty rare to see a logic device being used for power delivery.
