Hi Expert,

My customer would like to get PSPICE model of SN74AHC04QPWRG4Q1 to do simulation.

HSPICE model of SN74AHC04 is present in TI.COM, and it is delivered to customer.

HSPICE model is not able to be converted to OLB file, so customer cannot use the model in the simulation.

Could you share the OLB file or PSPICE model of SN74AHC04QPWRG4Q1 to convert OLB file ?

Hi Llyod,

Hspice is not compatible with Pspice. So the only way you can create OLB is by having actual Pspice model.
I'll transfer this inquiry to the logic group so that they can evaluate this inquiry.
