Could you help tell me which parameter is related to this speed ? How can I calculate 100MHZ with other parameters.

Hello Qiang,

You cannot directly calculate the speed from other parameters.

The maximum speed will depend primarily on the output drive strength and the load capacitance. The LVC family has very strong output drivers, and can support speeds up to ~125 MHz with a standard CMOS load (15pF).
