Would you mind if we ask CD74HC123PW?

How much is the max power dissipation?

Tjmax(150C)=PD×108C/W＋Ta(For example 45C)
->105/108=0.97W, is it correct?

And then, is the formula of power dissipation as follows?
PD=(Cpd + CX)×VCC^2×fi×∑(CL×VCC^2×fo)
