CD4071B: Type and spec of IC internal diode

Part Number: CD4071B

Hello

The input / output block diagram on the datasheet of the CD4071BNSR is shown as Diode (attached below).
Can you tell if this diode is a general diode or a zener diode or a parasitic diode?
Also, can you tell me about the rating of the didoe?

    Hi Anthony,

    We don't spec our diodes so I cannot provide you with the ratings but it is just a general diode. What are you trying to use the diodes for? I can order some samples and probe the device to give the diode drop if you want. These are Harris acquired parts so we have even less information on these but even for TI parts we don't spec the diodes.
