CD4017B: Voltage threshold for CD4017B 3.3V supply

Dear Sir/ Madam,

If we supply 3.3V to CD4017B, what is the threshold for input high and low voltage(VIL, VIH)?

Datasheet provide data for 5,10,15V supply but no 3.3V data.

I just want to confirm if it is 70% supply voltage for HIGH and 30% supply voltage for LOW.
