SN74AHC14: Input range to switch the output on a rising edge over temperature at VCC=3.3V

Hello,

My customer is considering this device but we need a little more information than is available in the datasheet.  As the title suggests, we need to understand what the input range would need to be to switch the output on a rising edge input at Vcc = 3.3V over temperature.
