please recommend IC to satisfy with below spec.

*change from 3.3V, 1.8V

*need to change 3.3V->1.8 and 1.8V->3.3V

*need buffer type because of UART

please suggest both of in direction and by direction.

You can also refer to the low voltage translation for standard interfaces app note : www.ti.com/.../scea065.pdf

For 2 channel UART i would recommend using the SN74AVC2T245 or 2x SN74AXC1T45 and for the 4-channel UART interface either AXC4T245 or the TXB0104.
