What are the dimensions for the thermal pad on SN74LV4T125 for package RGY (S-PVQFN-N14)?
The data sheet does not show any footprint dimensions but links to package information documant MPQF114G: mechanical data for RGY (S-PVQFN-N14).
Which also does not show thermal pad dimensions and tells me to look in the data sheet for the details.
Can you tell me the thermal PAD dimensions please?
