I am planning to use SN74AUP1T17 in my design,I simplified the principle of the host side, and we can simply think that the host side can be in two states, floating or driving to low(GND).Because the host can only accept voltage less than 2V, so I did a voltage divider at the input. so I want to know If the host is in a floating or grounded state, can the SN74AUP1T17 output high and low voltage as shown in figure.

At 3.3 V, the positive-going input threshold voltage is guaranteed to be at most 1.19 V, so a 2 V signal will be realiably detected as high.

(It would be simpler to put a pull-up resistor to the host's VCC directly at the host's output pin, if that is possible.)

Due to voltage presented to host must less than 2V when host not driven low, so I had to add two 47K resistors to drop the voltage to 1.65V as input signal.
