Please help providing the Theta_JC for that particular device. And please specify the where the case referring to.

    Derek,

    We have not updated the thermals for this device to the new standards.

    However, the commercial version of the device has the updated thermals.

    The same package for each will match.

    There is not a Theta Jc(bottom), as this is typically only applicable to devices with bottom thermal pad or heat sink.
