Do you have the data of Iout vs VOH/L up to 20mA?

I know that it is out of recommendation range.

    Kuramochi,

    The IBIS model for the commercial counterpart can be used for a representative view of the output capability.  The commercial and military versions use the same base design.

    The IBIS model can be found here. 

    There is also an Hspice model.

    Note, that this is based on simulation.  Exceeding normal ranges can give incorrect results.

    Also, the IBIS model is based on commercial operating temperature range.  Extending to 125c, will further weaken the output drivers capability.
