SN74AVC16T245-Q1: Question about Maximum Data Rates

What that means is that you can translate from any voltage to an output voltage of 2.5V or 1.8V, a maximum data rate of 200 Mbps can be achieved. 200 Mbps is equivalent to 100MHz.

I don't know much about the RGMII interface. I am thinking your concern is whether this will support the speeds you need. So, if the frequency you require is very close to the 380 Mbps, this device might not work for you. But again, you need to let me know more on this.

RGMII interface data rate is 250Mbps (125MHz），my requirements are as follows:

1. in every direction(from A to B  and from B to A),max data rate must up to 250M bps

2. bidirectional voltage level translate between 1.8V and 3.3V .

3. automotive rating

I think  SN74AVC16T245-Q1 do not  work for me, how about sn74avc8t245-q1?

In SN74AXC8T245-Q1 datasheet , it  just claims that the maximum data rate is 380Mbps when translating from 1.8V to 3.3V ,but what ’s the maximum data rate when translating from 3.3V to 1.8V ,is it also still 380Mbps?
