We found input signal offset 350mV~400mV,
But we cannot find the VIH/VIL in SN74GTL2010 datasheet.

Hi,
The device does not have a VIH or VIL spec because it doesn't have CMOS inputs.
Are you using all the 10bit for translation ? you could consider LSF0108 and LSF0102 instead of the GTL2010 device.
We also have a whole series on the how the LSF device operates. The GTL operates very similarly. It might answer any further questions you have.
