We want to check the Hysteresis threshold for the Vih and Vil. For example, if the input higher than 2v, the Vo will be high, when the input drop to which level, the Vo will be low. Thanks.

LVT devices do not have hysteresis; they use plain CMOS inputs:

There is a single threshold at which the device switches. It is guaranteed to be not below V_IL and not above V_IH, but can be anywhere between. (The actual threshold voltage can be affected by temperature, supply voltage, manufacturing variations, and noise.)

Hi Clemens,

So how we can judge whether it has risks if it has a voltage drop for the input? We don't care about the VIH and VIL parameters, but care about the hysteresis between them. Thanks.

The hysteresis is zero.

The voltage must never move below 2 V (or above 0.8 V), unless you actually want to switch.
