TXS4558: About SIM*I/O at deactivation

Part Number: TXS4558

Hello,

Regarding to SIM*I/O at deactivation on TXS4558, my customer is asking some question.

At deactivation(VSIM=1.8V), short pulse (about 1ms) is occurred after SIM*I/O is off.

(Please refer attached file.)

(Question)

(1) is this occurred by TXS4558? (Is it specification of TXS4558?)

(2) According to ISO/IEC7816-3, I/O needs to make low before Vcc is off.

In this case, is there any problem about above short pulse?

Regards,
