SN74LV244A: About Input Voltage vs Input Current graph

Hello,

The following graph is described in the data sheet.
However, the current value information is limited to around 4V.

Customers want to know the current value from 4V to 5.5V.
Could you tell me the input current value information for 4V to 5.5V condition?

Yusuke san,

The inputs are high impedance CMOS pins and hence consume very little current. The electrical spec shows the input leakage spec as Ii as +/-1uA max.

If the input is arnd Vcc/2, then there is a large increase in the Icc current due to the partially turned on NMOS and PMOS.

Both graphs in the datasheet are wrong. (I guess they were copied from the SN74LV244 without A, which did not have overvoltage-tolerant inputs.)

(The output graph is for V_CC = 3.3 V.)

Do you have accurate Voltage vs Input Current graph data?
Customers want graph data that covers the recommended VIN range.

Yusuke-san,

The input current is mentioned in the electrical spec, and it will not exceed beyond that for valid input voltage range on Vcc.

・Figure 1 graph is wrong.
・Input current does not exceed ± 1μA
