Hi Team,

Our customer needs the ESD rating for CD74HC86. Would you be able to provide us this information? HBM is preferred but if CDM is also available, we would also appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

    Jejomar,

    I would strongly recommend considering the newly released SN74HCS86 for which we have listed the HBM (4kV) and CDM (1.5KV) in the datasheet.

    The CD74HC86 is older technology which will not have such high HBM / CDM levels. Please let us know.
