My customer needs some buffer and the requirement as below, could you please help to recommend BU's hero product?

1. more than 4 channel, single direction, signal rate>50MHz, power supply 1.8V/3.3V

2. more than 4 channel, two direction, signal rate>50MHz, power supply 1.8V/3.3V

    What does 1.8V/3.3V mean? Any single voltage in that range, or a level shifter?

    Does "two direction" mean that different signals have different directions, or that the same signal switches directions? In the latter case, is there a direction control signal?

    Hi James,

    please clarify your question with additional inputs as requested by Clemens. 

    It seems like a level translator may not be required; however, the SN74AXC8T245 is a 8 channel buffered level translator device, supporting > 50MHz( what is desired operating frequency?) and can operate from 0.65 to 3.6V range.

    with the dual DIR pins, the IOs can go from A to B or B to A. the DIR signal needs to be controlled externally.
