We are looking for a part that has an output current capability of >100mA. The part listed above has a maximum output current of 50mA. Our application exceeds this spec. This part operates on a 3.3V rail.

 

Ideally, we can find a pin to pin compatible part, but if you find something that is slightly different, please let us know.

    Please note that when going outside the recommended operating conditions, the electrical characteristics are no longer guaranteed, so 50 mA would be unlikely to work for your circuit.

    There is no P2P part with 100 mA. You have to combine multiple outputs of a larger device (e.g., SN74LVC541A-Q1), or use a driver like the TPL7407LA (which has open-drain outputs), or build a buffer from discrete MOSFETs.

    Hi Samira,

    Please let us know what is the application needing > 100mA drive capability. The LVC is our high output drive strength device and as Clemens mentioned, there is no single gate device providing >100ma. You could consider using sn74BCT25244 device which provides IOL 188mA / IOH 80ma. 

    Else, ganging the outputs together with LVC2G17*2 can increase the drive.
