Hi Team,

My customer is searching for the SPI level shifter solution as require below

1. voltage level : 1.8V to 3.3V

2. SPI speed: 50MHz

3. Low propagation : target 3ns max.

I had survey our solution with above require , seems only LSF0204D fit , however , the propagation delay max is higher than customer spec, so do we have any other solution which can fit above requirement?

I am not aware of any such solution.

Is that 3 ns value really for the propagation delay, or for the propagation delay skew? (TI devices have < 1 ns for the latter.)

thanks for feedback, I'm not quire understand what different between propagation delay and propagation delay skew,

could you kindly explain ?

The skew is the difference of the propagation delay between the channels. See SCAA055.

noted , in this case, customer is referring to propagation delay not propagation delay skew.

Hi Andy,

The SN74AVC4T774 is probably the closest thing to what they are asking for.

3.3V -> 1.8V max tpd is 3ns

1.8V -> 3.3V max tpd is 3.7ns
