Hi,

I am evaluating the SN74LVC2G14DCKR.

I need to know the spec for V_OH with I_OH = -100 µA when Vcc = 5 V. The datasheet only specs it up to Vcc = 4.5 V even though the recommended Vcc range goes up to 5.5 V.

Can you provide the necessary missing spec?

    VCC = 4.5 V is the worst case of a nominal 5 V power supply with a 10 % tolerance.

    The RDS(on) of the output transistor will not get larger with a higher gate voltage, so the VCC − 0.1 V specification is also valid for 5.0 V.
