I am having some issues with the circuit shown below. When I apply power to the circuit (i.e. 5V), I want the OEn hgih to low time to be defined by the RC circuit, however, I noticed that it changes. I already realize that if I power cycle quickly, the capacitor might not have time to discharge all the way, so the OEn low time can change if I quickly power cycle; However, the person testing the circuit has had times where the OEn high to low time is much lower than normal after the circuit has been setting unpowered over the weekend.
Could this be caused by a variance of SN74AHC14's input threshold?
