Hi Team,

What ESD(HBM) rating of SN74LS279ANSR? 
Although we checked datasheet and we confirmed with TI Customer support center,we could not find any information.

    Hi Hajime,

    We don't have this information readily available and we will have to test to get further information.

    These devices generally meet about 2kV HBM and 1kV CDM ratings, but we cannot guarantee anything until further testing is done.

    If you'd like, I can add this part to the queue to be tested for ESD rating; however, our current queue for ESD testing is really long. These parts will most likely not be able to get ESD results for 12-15 weeks.
