Do you have any data of thermal drift when the VCC = 5V for tPHL,tPLH,tTHL,tTLH? (vs temperature)

Hey Masayoshi,

This data is technically held in the specs of the device, but unfortunately the specs also include things like process shift. We won't have specific data just for thermal shift.
