Hello,

Could you please support unencrypted PSpice model for SN54AC74 or SN74AC74 D Flip flop logic devices.

If the models not available for these part#'s, please send unencrypted behavior models for any other equivalent parts.

I don't have any license for run the IBIS models , can inport only spice models.

Please help me to evaluate the frequency division by using D-flip-flop.

Unfortunately, we do not support the creation of IBIS models for this family of parts. If you are interested, I can create a model for you to use with TINA-TI or PSpice.

If this interests you, please let me know, and I can get started on making this model.

Hello Chad,

Thanks for your support and the file working fine with TI-Tina Simulation with Transient simulation.

But the files which you had shared is not working with ADS software with Harmonics balance simulation and request you to please share the spice file which will work with nonlinear harmonics balance simulation.

Suggest modifications required in the model to run the simulation in ADS2020.
