I want to ask if I have to connect /1OE, /2OE, 1DIR, 2DIR pin to VCCA through pullup resistor separately?

Is it possible to connect /1OE, /2OE to VCCa with a pull-up resistor？not two.

Is it possible to connect 1DIR, 2DIR to VCCa with a pull-up resistor？not two.

    You need separate pull-up resistors only if, at any time, you want to have the pins have different voltages.

    If the value of a pin is always the same, you do not need a pull-up resistor at all.

    (If you do not care about the state of the I/Os during power up, you do not need to pull OE high.)
