I am looking at the Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter, SN74HC14-Q1, and I have a question.
The data sheet on page 3 shows the following:
PARAMETER | Test Conditions | VCC | TA=25C | MIN | MAX | UNIT
MIN | TYP | MAX | ||||||
VT- | 2V | 0.3 | 0.6 | 1 | 0.3 | 1 | V | |
4.5V | 0.9 | 1.6 | 2.45 | 0.9 | 2.45
6V | 1.2 | 2 | 3.2 | 1.2 | 3.2 |
I plan to have a 15K PU and a 1K PD on the input to the inverter and Vcc=3.3V. I have a requirement that I am able to detect a low at 0.5V and since the data for VT- does not seem to be linear I am not sure that this will work at 95% of Vcc.
Can you have this verified, or provide the data for Vcc=3.3V.
Thanks.
