SN74LVC1G00: Input levels for VCC not in datasheet

Part Number: SN74LVC1G00

Hello team,

My customer is using SN74LVC1G00DCKR with VCC at around 3.7V to 3.8V. In the Recommended Operating Conditions section, it does not show the VCC condition between 3.6V to 4.5V as shown below.

I think we should be able to get safe estimates with linear interpolation. Therefore the value for ViH will be 2V and higher, and ViL is around 0.9V. Customer is interested to learn why the table misses out the 3.6V to 4.5V range.

Appreciate the feedback here. Thanks!

  • Hi,

It's actually a pretty simple answer. We try to test these specs at commonly used voltages (1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V 5V), but for us to test these devices at all of the voltage points would take more time.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks!

    Chad Crosby
