Hey Pengyu,

The Package Option Addendum is continuously update with correct info so I'd recommend referring to that. The table on the front page is likely outdated. That temp range only applies to Ta. For Tj, the abs max is 150 C. There is no recommended Tj max.

For Tj, the abs max is 150 C. There is no recommended Tj max. ==> in the "FAQ What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?", the Tstg,max can be used as Tj,max; I just want to further clarify here - is this Tj,max recommended or absolute?

For logic devices, TJ(max) is equal to the maximum storage temperature (Tstg(max)) as listed in the Absolute Maximum Ratings table of the datasheet, unless otherwise specified. This value is typically 150°C.
