SN74HCS72: Minimum tpd over temperature?

Part Number: SN74HCS72

I am looking for a D-FF that has a minimum tpd of no less than 4ns over process/temperature for VCC = 5V.

I am interested in SN74HCS72, but the DS only lists the typ/max values at 25℃.
Do we have any characterization data for over temperature?
If so, at 5V will this device have >5ns tpd (xCLK to Q) over temperature?

Hi Darren,

We can only guarantee what's in the datasheet.

We do have char data over temp - I unfortunately won't be able to look into it for a few days due to a conference. I'll ask Dylan to respond with more info tomorrow.
